Medium fit is perfect for me. Still have a little wiggle room which is good (in my opinion). Material is thick and sturdy which is nice for the price! The "message" is very powerful! Great quality

Love the quality on the shirt. It's a nice thick cotton and not that cheap low grade shirts.
Definitely size up if you want the looser feel. It runs true to size in my opinion. I should of grabbed a large as the medium was tight around the chest area but everyone will be different. I cut my medium into a tank which is still a sick shirt!
